Meir Shitrit, has dropped out of the committee to appoint a new law advisor to the government follow
It has now been published that former president runner-up, Meir Shitrit, has dropped out of the committee to appoint a new law advisor to the government following public backlash.
The former minister submitted his resignation to Gideon Sa'ar, in which he claimed that the process will be compromised if he stayed as a committee member.
The power of words is enormous; it is behooved to pay full attention to the things said – especially on air. The caution, moderation and careful thoughts before speaking can change the life course of many people, even in the highest ranks. A known comic law is that: "he who blesses his friends, will be blessed first", the challenge is that "he who curses his friends, will be cursed first". Meaning – we need to keep the topic of our conversation safe, and ourselves safe.
Meir Shitrit interviewed in Contento Now's E-TV studio and shared his life most shocking moment – the death of his daughter from cancer, and how he handled his passing.
