This book has two goals; one is to try to conceptualize the term "excellent school", and the second is to tell the success stories of these inspiring schools so we can learn from them.
The aim of this book is not to develop a single model but to learn from the field itself how to foster an organizational culture of excellence in a process that leads to success. Thus, readers replicate those characteristics in order for other schools to adopt the processes that are suitable for them.
