  • About the Book

Crossing the Suez Canal during the Yom Kippur War was most likely the most difficult mission The Israeli Defense Forces had ever faced. Thirty seven years later some of the units still struggle with the events of that time. Some many wounded and fallen - many  remained psychologically captive to the events. This book is the result of a thorough investigation of the crossing of the Suez October 15th -18th from all its perspectives - material gathered from interviews, documents, maps, recordings.
